doch innerhalb von längstens 30 Minuten. Dieser hier blieb nun aber eine Woche unentdeckt (bzw. unkommentiert):
We still hope to complete it this year. Yes there is a lot of work to be done but we haven't come this far to abandon it! We may leave some features out, or hold a couple of aircraft back....but the 109F and Spitfire V are essential to this release along with the new theatre and maps(s?) and new FM'S. ..and....and.....and....there is so much content but it won't be 2026.....we aim for 2016 as once it's done all the tools will be in place to create new maps, aircraft, objects, etc, etc so much faster.
The delay is more down to having to build the tools to build these features completely from scratch with no guide book at-all. Those tools though will be the difference similar to carrying one brick at a time to the top of a building using steps, instead of using a crane to lift 1000. The tools being and that have been built are the foundation blocks to all future and faster updates and although slow to create, the results will be a much quicker, smoother work flow.
All for free and all for the love of this Sim. We are here for the long run.....in the Marathon, not a Sprint
We're doing what we can, as we can. I personally can't wait to fly the 109F, Spitfire Vb and Hurricane IIC and then the Wellington Bomber and then the Ju-88C6.
There are huge amounts if new content coming...we can only apologise for thd delay....but it is coming as soon as possible.
Pietro Tortello, in terms of bug fixing....there are huge amounts done and being done.....but as has been said, visually they don't make pictures. A complete rewrite of the sound engine, FM's and DM's is underway. New engines have to be coded, small irritating bugs are being delved into (noseart for example), it is a huge task without the Source Code......I'll try and post something next time relating to a specific bug fix as an example of just one fix of the hundreds listed
Cheers, MP
